Our name wasn't chosen by chance. It comes from the history of the place where the hotel stands: Cité Bergère, a passage built in 1825, named after Jean Bergier, a 17th-century master dyer who worked in the area. His craft was to give each piece of fabric its own color — never quite the same from one to the next.

That idea is what inspired us: a hotel with its own color, rather than a standard formula you'd find elsewhere. Hence our tagline, "Dare to BE Unique" — a simple invitation to feel at home, somewhere that doesn't look like anywhere else.
